HUD will be featuring a webinar for NSP grantees that must meet the requirements of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (URA) and NSP Tenant Protections.

The webinar will focus on topics such as: acquisition of property (voluntary or involuntary), occupied property, short sales, relocation assistance, and NSP tenant protection requirements for "bona fide" tenants.

NOTE: This webinar will take place from 2:00PM to 4:00PM EDT

Webinar materials will be posted to the NSP Learning Center as they become available.

Instructions for Participating in the Webinar

Install Live Meeting: You will need to install Live Meeting on the computer you will be using during the presentation. To install the software and check to ensure your system is compatible with Microsoft Office Live Meeting, go to: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=90703

Log on to Live Meeting: At least 20 minutes prior to the training start time, log onto the Live Meeting website by copying and pasting the meeting URL into your browser.

When you log onto Live Meeting, you will be prompted to enter a Display Name. Please be sure to enter your first name and the name of your organization. For example, Jack, Habitat.
