HUD will be featuring a webinar for NSP1 grantees on practical acquisition strategies. This webinar is only appropriate for NSP1 grantees.

The webinar will look at both REO and pre- foreclosure properties, discuss the new definitions of foreclosed and abandoned properties, and focus on practical approaches for acquiring properties. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to their specific challenges.

NOTE: This webinar will take place from 2:00PM to 4:00PM EDT

Webinar materials will be posted to the NSP Learning Center as they become available.

At least 10 minutes before the start time, log into the webinar by going here:

1. Enter your name and e-mail address, then click "Join Now."

2. The WebEx Event Manager software will load; this can take several minutes. You will not need to download any special software to view this webinar.

3. Once the Event Center screen has opened, a pop-up box will appear with the toll-free phone number, meeting number, and attendee ID code to use for the audio portion of the session.

4. When prompted, be sure to enter both the meeting number and your attendee ID number; this will ensure that your phone line and online presence are in sync.
