HomePath works to increase the supply of affordable housing across America by creating customized financing solutions with our housing partners. These financing solutions help ensure stable, livable neighborhoods. Through multiple community development investment funds, HomePath works to tear down barriers, lower costs and increase opportunities for homeownership and affordable rental housing for all Americans.

HomePath is excited to work with directly with State and Local housing agencies, housing non-profit organizations and REDC on this special auction event. HomePath supports the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) across the country and has carefully selected the homes being offered in this auction to meet the guidelines of the NSP-required appraisal.

This is the first auction event of its kind in the country with the express goal of keeping these foreclosed homes in the hands of community members. This is an exclusive and invitation only auction that we hope will pave the road for future auctions in cities across the nation.

We hope you will take advantage of this unique opportunity and attend the open houses, bidding seminars and the auction.
